General Services & Design
Q1: I only have a basic logo and a rough idea. Can you help with the actual design?
A: Absolutely. We provide free professional artwork services for all our clients. Our design team can take your concept or logo and transform it into a high-fidelity 3D digital proof, allowing you to visualize the textures and finishes before we ever open a mold.
Q2: What file formats should I send for the best results?
A: For maximum precision, we prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. However, if you only have high-resolution JPG or PNG files, our team can vectorize them for you to ensure the final product is sharp and professional.
Q3: How do you ensure the product colors match my brand identity?
A: We utilize the international Pantone Matching System (PMS). Simply provide us with your specific Pantone color codes, and we will match the enamel or printing exactly to your brand guidelines to ensure global consistency.
Q4: Can I receive a physical sample before the full production run begins?
A: Yes. We highly recommend a pre-production sample for complex designs. Once the mold is ready, we can send you high-resolution photos or ship the physical sample to your office for final hands-on approval.
Q5: What materials do you use, and will the medals feel "premium"?
A: Most of our medals are die-cast from high-grade Zinc Alloy. This material allows for intricate 3D detailing and provides a substantial, high-quality weight that athletes and recipients truly value.
Q6: Will the plating tarnish, rust, or fade after a few years?
A: No. Our medals undergo an advanced electroplating process followed by a specialized anti-oxidation coating. Every batch is salt-spray tested to ensure the finish remains brilliant and corrosion-free for years of display.
Q7: Do you offer medals with moving parts or interactive features?
A: Yes, we specialize in "engineered" medals. This includes spinner medals, multi-piece sliding assemblies, and hinged designs. These features are perfect for creating a "viral" or highly memorable award for major events.
Q8: Can we customize the neck ribbons as well?
A: Definitely. We offer fully customized sublimated (heat-transfer) or woven ribbons. You can choose the width and length, and include full-color branding, event dates, or sponsor logos along the entire fabric.
Q9: What is the main difference between Hard Enamel and Soft Enamel pins?
A: Hard Enamel pins are polished flat and smooth, offering a jewelry-like, high-end finish. Soft Enamel pins have recessed areas where the paint sits below the metal borders, creating a classic 3D textured look. Both are excellent; the choice depends on your preferred aesthetic.
Q10: What types of backings or attachments do you provide?
A: Our standard is the butterfly clutch. We also offer strong magnetic backings (which won't damage expensive suits), safety pins, deluxe flat-head clutches, and jewelry-grade screw backs for a more permanent fit.
Q11: Can you produce pins with complex "cut-out" shapes?
A: Yes. Our CNC mold-making technology allows us to create any custom silhouette, including internal cut-outs and complex outlines, regardless of how intricate the design is.
Q12: Do you offer any specialty finishes like Glitter or Glow-in-the-Dark?
A: Yes! We can add various "wow factors" including glitter enamel, glow-in-the-dark pigments, translucent paints, or even clear epoxy domes to give your pins extra depth and protection.
Q13: How durable are your keychains for everyday heavy use?
A: Our keychains are built for the "real world." We use reinforced attachment points and heavy-duty plating to ensure they can withstand the constant friction of being in a pocket or bag without losing their finish.
Q14: Are your keychains available with double-sided designs?
A: Yes. We can create 2D or 3D designs on both sides. You can have the same artwork on both sides or two completely different designs (for example, a logo on the front and a QR code or website on the back).
Q15: What hardware options are available for the rings?
A: We offer a variety of attachments including flat rings, split rings, lobster claws, D-clips, and high-strength stainless steel wire loops to suit any style or functional need.
Q16: What is the typical lead time from design to delivery?
A: Generally, sampling takes 7–10 days, and mass production takes 15–20 days. If you have a strict event deadline, please let us know; we offer expedited production channels for urgent requirements.
Q17: Will I be charged a mold fee every time I reorder the same design?
A: No. We keep your custom molds in our secure facility for up to 3 years. If you place a reorder for the same design within that period, the mold fee is completely waived.
Q18: How do you handle international shipping and customs duties?
A: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to most major markets, including the USA, EU, UK, and Australia. This means we handle all customs clearance and pay the import duties for you—there are no hidden fees or surprise invoices upon delivery.
Q19: What are your packaging options for retail or gifting?
A: While individual OPP bags are standard, we also offer premium packaging such as velvet presentation boxes, clear acrylic cases, and custom-branded backing cards to enhance the "unboxing" experience for your customers.
Q20: What happens if there is a quality issue with my order?
A: We take full responsibility for our craftsmanship. If the final products do not match the approved digital proof or contain manufacturing defects, we provide a 100% remake or a full refund. We value your long-term trust more than any single order.
