Q3: What is the smallest order you take?
A: 100 pieces, which is set deliberately low because desert fields are small. Opening at that number commits you to nothing beyond the first run: the plate is a replaceable zone, so a second edition follows without a new setup.

Q4: How do heat, sun and grit affect the medal?
A: They attack different parts of it: ultraviolet light works on colour, fine grit works on the raised surfaces and the ribbon, and the two do not need the same answer. Tell us the exposure your event involves — one finish line, or carried through a season — and we will come back with the route that fits rather than quote an abrasion or UV figure we cannot support.

Q5: Our date depends on a land-use permit that has not been issued yet. How do you handle that?
A: We plan backwards from the date you expect and flag the two windows that catch desert events out. The first is the permit itself, since nothing downstream can be fixed before it is signed. The second is the calendar: desert seasons are narrow openings rather than busy and quiet months, and a spring event usually has to be ordered between November and January — which runs straight into the Chinese New Year shutdown, when workshops shut and frequently go quiet weeks ahead of the holiday itself. Sampling lands in 7-10 days, the bulk run needs 15-20 days from the approved mockup, and we can compress the run to 12 working days if your date requires it.

Q6: Can you match our event colours, and will they hold between editions?
A: Send a Pantone code, a colour chip or a photograph of the garment you are matching, and we build to it. The approved reference is filed against your order, so edition two starts from a stored standard instead of someone's memory of what edition one looked like.

Q7: Which compliance documents can we see before we commit?
A: Ask for the set and read it first: RoHS, SGS, EN71 and California Prop 65 documents can travel with the order. If your event is required to report on materials, we will confirm what can be supplied ahead of your decision.

Q8: What do we receive before we pay anything?
A: The artwork comes first — a mockup on your own landmark, nameplate wording and colourway, with a complete price and a lead time checked against your date. Send the layout back as often as you need; nothing is invoiced for tooling until the final artwork is approved.
